Do you sell in wholesale or retail?
We are strictly a B2B wholesale supplier and merchant exporter. Our focus is on bulk orders and long-term partnerships with importers, wholesalers, and retailers across the globe.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide sample kits of selected products so you can check the quality, craftsmanship, and packaging before confirming bulk orders. Sample costs and courier charges are usually borne by the buyer.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ depends on the product category. Typically, it ranges from 50 to 200 pieces per design. For larger items like wooden handicrafts, we also accept smaller MOQ on request.
Do you customize designs according to buyers’ requirements?
Yes. We offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and customization options. If you share your design or logo, our artisans can create products according to your specifications.
How do you ensure product quality?
Each product undergoes a strict quality check process before packing and dispatch. Our artisans use traditional methods with modern finishing standards, ensuring durability and export-quality craftsmanship.
What are your payment terms?
We usually accept payments via TT (Telegraphic Transfer), LC (Letter of Credit), and PayPal for samples. For bulk orders, we typically require 30% advance and 70% against shipping documents.
How is the packaging done?
All products are packed using export-grade packaging with bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and outer cartons to ensure safe delivery. Custom packaging with branding is available on request.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Lead time depends on the order size and product category. Generally:
Small to medium orders: 4–6 weeks
Large bulk orders: 8–12 weeks
Small to medium orders: 4–6 weeks
Large bulk orders: 8–12 weeks
Do you handle international shipping and logistics?
Yes. We can handle both FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) terms. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery to your port or warehouse.

Can you provide necessary export documents?
Yes. We provide all required documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, and other compliance certificates depending on your country’s requirements.
Do you support small businesses or only large importers?
We cater to both. While most of our clients are wholesalers and distributors, we also work with growing businesses and startups by offering smaller MOQs for selected products.
